The NSS Unit of the college has adopted Raghudevpur village and the Unit organizes cleaning and awareness programmes in the village regularly. The NSS Unit works closely with the villagers to make make them aware as to how to prevent Dengue, Malaria, AIDS and other such diseases. Apart from the NSS Unit, the departments also undertake community outreach programmes by visiting the nearby schools and undertaking programmes to make the school students aware of the various social and cultural issues of the times, awareness against diseases, awareness about environment and making the young minds aware of the various important issues about social harmony and peace.
