The Departments of History, Education and Bengali have organized educational tours from the college to acquaint the students with the socio-cultural aspects of the larger society. The Bengali and the Education departments conducted an educational tour to the birth place of the eminent Bengali writer, Sri Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay. The Department of History conducted an educational tour to Bosepara, a neighbouring place to the college to understand the socio-cultural history of the place. The educational tours are conducted to give the students education about the larger space of the society which lies outside the college campus.
